MoleWatch is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you.
What we collect
We collect nothing. MoleWatch has no user accounts and does not require you to provide your name, email address, or any personal information to use the app.
Your photos
Photos of your moles are stored exclusively on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers and are never stored by us in any form.
When you request an AI analysis, your photo is sent to our analysis service, processed in memory, and immediately discarded. Only the text result — the ABCDE summary — is saved, and only on your device.
Your subscription
Your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. We do not store or process any payment information.
Third parties
RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) assigns an anonymous random identifier to your device for the purpose of managing your subscription. This identifier is not linked to any personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
Cloudflare processes AI analysis requests in memory only. No data is retained.
Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that collects no personal data and sets no cookies. We see only aggregate page view counts — we cannot identify individual visitors.
The MoleWatch app contains no analytics SDK of any kind.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never introduce data collection practices that contradict the core principles of this policy.
