Does MoleWatch diagnose skin cancer?

No. MoleWatch is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose skin conditions. AI summaries are informational only. Always consult your GP or dermatologist with any concerns.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Your photos are stored on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers. When AI analysis is run, the image is processed in memory and immediately discarded.

I deleted the app and lost my mole history. Can I recover it?

Unfortunately no — because your data is stored on your device for privacy reasons, uninstalling the app removes it. We recommend using the iCloud backup feature (Premium) to protect your history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find MoleWatch and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open MoleWatch, go to the Profile tab, and tap “Restore Purchases”.
